While most brands follow trends, Rouge is built for people who move differently. People who think for themselves, take risks, and don’t ask for permission to be who they are. Rouge is for the ones who don’t fit the mold and that doesn't want to.

Every piece is designed with intention, not hype.

 

Q: How long does shipping take to arrive to me?

A: For pre-order items, please anticipate a production and fulfillment timeframe of 2 - 6 weeks.

A: Pre-made items, typically require 1 - 3 days for fulfillment. Prior to purchasing, we advise reviewing the product description, as refunds are not offered.

Processing times may vary, especially since Rouge is self-run.

Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees.

Rouge is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or incorrect addresses.

 

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final unless stated otherwise.

We only accept returns or exchanges for items that arrive damaged or incorrect.

Issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery with clear proof.

 

Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they are processed or shipped.

All designs, logos, images, and brand content belong to Rouge.

You may not copy, resell, or use Rouge content without permission.
